Application

General description

FCCP是一种质子载体(H+ 离子载体),也是线粒体氧化磷酸化的解偶联剂。[4]它能够促使质膜和线粒体膜去极化。FCCP可影响细胞钙离子参与的各种活动。它还能抑制K+ 背景电流和诱导小量内向电流,降低0.1单位的pH,以及诱导胞内[Na+]升高。FCCP能刺激Mg2+-ATP酶活性,抑制β-淀粉样蛋白生成,以及模拟选择性谷氨酸激动剂N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸(NMDA)对线粒体超氧化物产生的影响。
