Application

Biochem/physiol Actions

伏马菌素B1可作为肝致癌物,并在大鼠中引起肝毒性。它在马中会引起白脑脑炎,而在猪中会引起肺水肿综合征。在中国和非洲南部地区,它与人类食道癌的高发有关。它可充当鞘氨醇N-酰基转移酶(神经酰胺合成酶)的抑制剂,[4]这与伏马菌素B1和鞘氨醇碱基(如鞘氨醇)之间的结构相似性有关。

General description

伏马菌素B1是一种霉菌毒素,存在于许多镰刀菌真菌,例如串珠镰刀菌层出镰孢菌拟轮生镰刀菌。 这种毒素也存在于被镰刀菌感染的原料和食品,例如玉米。
