一般說明

生化／生理作用

酪氨酸羟化酶 (TH) 催化儿茶酚胺神经递质生物合成的第一个限速步骤，即 L-酪氨酸转化为 L-多巴的过程。L-苯丙氨酸对 TH 的抑制作用可能在苯丙酮尿症中发挥关键作用，并可阻止去甲肾上腺素合成。TH 活性可通过磷酸化来调节。TH 表达下调与各种神经精神疾病有关，例如精神分裂症和帕金森病 (PD)。

含有10mM HEPES，pH 7.5、150mM NaCl、100 μg/mL BSA和50%甘油的100 μL溶液。
