4X 溶液濃度：

  • Tris-HCl: 0.2 M
  • DTT: 0.4 M
  • SDS: 277 mM, 8.0% (w/v)
  • Bromophenol blue：6 mM
  • 甘油：4.3 M
7.5 mL Recipe   Desired Volume: mL    
1.5 mL 1 M Tris-HCl pH 6.5 (20-160)
     mL 1 M Tris-HCl pH 6.5
3 mL of 1 M DTT (dithiothreitol) (43816)
   mL of 1 M DTT (dithiothreitol)
0.6 g of SDS (sodium dodecyl sulfate) (L3771)   g of SDS (sodium dodecyl sulfate)
30 mg of bromophenol blue (B0126)   mg of bromophenol blue
2.4 mL of glycerol (G5516)   mL of glycerol
Adjust final volume to 7.5 mL with Milli-Q® Water Adjust final volume to   mL with Milli-Q® Water
  Make 500 µL aliquots and store at -20 °C.

Note: Should the solution appear orange/yellow, it may be necessary to raise the pH by adding a suitable base, such as 5 M NaOH, dropwise.
