Jaime is a process development scientist specializing in downstream purification within the biotechnology industry. Since 2014, he has focused on developing and optimizing purification processes for biologics and emerging modalities. He holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology and applies a data driven approach to bioprocess challenges.

Demetri has founded Nephrogen to develop curative gene therapies for kidney disease. He conducted 6+ years of polycystic kidney disease (PKD) gene therapy research at Stanford University.
