General description

Furosemide is a loop diuretic prescribed for treatment of edemas and congestive heart failure. In sports testing settings, furosemide is used as an illicit masking agent in the testing of performance-enhancing drugs. This certified solution standard is suitable for use in LC/MS or GC/MS applications from clinical toxicology, urine drug testing, and forensic analysis to sports testing.
