Questions

  1. I'd like to know the volume of this product? And how should it be diluted for use in Western blotting?

    1 answer
    1. The product is supplied as a 1mg/mL of solution in 0.05 M HEPES and 0.1 M Na2SO4 with preservative. In Western blotting, typical working dilutions may range from 2 - 5 µg/mL. Effective working concentrations may vary and be as low as 0.1 µg/mL End-user optimization is recommended.
