General description

384W microplate,with an optimal working volume of 15-110 μL; maximum well capacity of 131 μL. Growth area: 10 mm(2)
Polystyrene Multiwell plates from Greiner for immunoassay and high throughput screening applications. High binding plates are recommended for ELISAs. High binding denotes a binding capacity of 600 ng/cm2 and scatter of less than 10%. Optimal protein binding is variable and comparative tests between high and medium binding plates is suggested.

Application

Black plates minimize background fluorescence. μClear film improves Luminescence; Fluorescence; Cell monitoring; Transmission; and Imaging by reducing background, cross-talk and autofluorescence.

384 flat (F) solid well microtiter plate, high-binding, without lid, rounded square well design, alphanumeric well coding; length: 127.76 +/- 0.15 mm; width: 85.48 +/- 0.15 mm; curvature: approx.150 μm.
