    Purchase a different product

Quite disappointed in this product. For one, they do not provide any information on reconstitution of this lyophilized powder, not even whether to use dH20 or not. Additionally, please look closely at the 3 cited papers that allegedly used this product. One is a review that didn't actually use the product, and the other two are from the same lab that published what looks to be the same experiment twice, but without sufficient methodology. They list that, "Fusion proteins containing ITIMs and HIV-TAT48–57 and its negative control containing only HIV-TAT48–57 were custom-designed and synthesized by Peptron Inc. (Daejeon, Korea)" which is not this product? Additionally, their only methodology in terms of use does not include reconstitution, merely this sentence hidden below a figure, "Cells were pre-treated with 5 µM of TAT, TAT–YADL, TAT–YVTM, TAT–YASL, TAT–YCNM or TAT–YSTI for 30 min before stimulation with 1 µg/ml of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) for 24 h."

When I contacted a rep about my concerns they said they couldn't help with reconstitution instructions and I should have checked to see if they had instructions before purchasing.... a less than stellar response. Save yourself the time, money, and hassle and find a different product.
