Biochem/physiol Actions
d9A-2 is a potent degrader (PROTAC) of the solute carrier SLC9A1 impairs recovery from acid load and is potently cytotoxic to multiple cancer cell lines. Also, d9A-2 incites degradation of some SLC9 members including closely related SLC9A2 and SLC9A4, distant SLC9A7 and SLC9B1. d9A-2 comprise w9A ligand binding to SLC9A1 and the phthalimide-based CRBN binder.
