- Phleomycin ready made solution is provided in a neutral buffer (20mM HEPES, pH∼7). Due to its sensitivity to acidic or alkaline medium neutral environment should be kept.
- Phleomycin ready made solution is light sensitive and should be kept protected from light.
- Avoid repeated freeze thaw cycle of this product. Phleomycin ready made solution should be aliquoted upon receipt.
- The recommended concentration for phleomycin-induced DNA damage applications is 2.5-100μg/mL7-12, therefore stock solution (20mg/mL) can be diluted by 200-8000 folds.
