LDC7559 is a potent and selective activator of PFKL (phosphofructokinase-1 liver type) that suppress excessive NOX2-dependent oxidative burst and neutrophil cell death (NETosis). LDC7559 decreases neutrophiles efficiency to kill bacteria. It prevents neutrophil-induced tissue damage.
