General description

TrueGel3D enzymatic cell recovery solution is extracted from Chaetomium gracile, which cleave glycosidic bonds of dextran polymers. It is used to dissolve dextran polymer to recover chemically fixed or live cells for post-culture analyses including RT-PCR, western blots and other molecular biological studies.
