General description

“Nalgene” Conical Oak Ridge Graduated Polypropylene Centrifuge Tubes allow users to accomplish multiple applications. These tubes effectively combine the excellent separation and pelleting ability of conical tubes with the advanced sealing capacity of Oak Ridge tubes. They can be employed in refrigerated and non-refrigerated centrifuges.

Features and Benefits

  • Silk-screened graduations from 5 to 35 mL in 1 mL increments.
  • Translucent polypropylene copolymer tubes offer superior resistance to chemicals.
  • Biohazard/Graduated.
  • Conical bottoms for enhanced pelleting and separation.
  • Able to tolerate forces up to 50,000 xg whether refrigerated or non-refrigerated.
  • Leak-proof design.
  • Autoclavable numerous times.

Other Notes

Tubes must be filled to at least 80% capacity to ensure proper performance.
