Sunitinib malate is a receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor, which targets VEGF-R1, VEGF-R2, VEGF-R3, PDGF-Rα, PDGF-Rβ, KIT, FLT3, CSF-1R, and RET. Sunitinib malate is an anticancer drug.
