General description
La membrane de transfert Immobilon®-FL est une membrane en poly(fluorure de vinylidène) (PVDF) microporeuse conçue pour adsorber les protéines transférées à partir de diverses matrices de gel. La membrane Immobilon®-FL a une dimension de pores nominale de 0,45 μm et est recommandée pour le blotting de protéines d'un poids moléculaire supérieur à 20 kilodaltons (kDa). La membrane présente une très faible autofluorescence sur une large plage de longueurs d'onde d'excitation et d'émission.
