General description

IgG（免疫グロブリンG）抗体サブタイプは、免疫系に最も豊富にある血清免疫グロブリンです。IgGサブタイプはB細胞より分泌され、血液や細胞外液に認められます。哺乳類IgGには、IgG1、IgG2a、IgG2b、およびIgG2cの4つのサブクラスがあります。

抗イヌIgG抗血清の特異性は、結合前の免疫電気泳動により、通常のイヌ血清およびイヌIgGと比較して決定されます。

Application

ウサギで生産された抗イヌIgG（全分子）ペルオキシダーゼ抗体は、次のように使用されています：

ELISA（酵素結合免疫吸着アッセイ）により1:2000で用いて37°Cで1時間でノロウイルスに対する抗体の検出をするため
IgG（免疫グロブリンG）染色法
RVGTM（狂犬病ウイルスGタンパク質変異体）の取り込みを検出するためのELISA

Biochem/physiol Actions

IgG（免疫グロブリンG）抗体は、細菌、真菌およびウイルスが引き起こす感染を防御します。母親のIgGは、胎盤を通して胎児に受け継がれますが、これは、新生児の感染症に対する免疫防御にとって不可欠です。抗イヌIgG抗体は二次抗体です。二次抗体は、特定の抗原に結合した抗原抗体複合体を形成する一次抗体に対して使用されます。
