General description

オレンジG（C.l. 16230）は、ベンゼンアゾ-2-ナフトール-6,8-ジスルホン酸の二ナトリウム塩（C₁₆H₁₀N₂O₇S₂Na₂）です。オレンジGはウールオレンジ2Gとも呼ばれ、細胞学、組織学、生物学、および産業染色などのいくつかの産業アプリケーションにおける成分です。マロリー結合組織染色の成分です。

Application

Malloryの結合組織染色、Wilson-Ezrin下垂体好酸性細胞染色法、Kreybergのケラチン・ムチン染色法、パラフィン切片におけるHeidenhain鉄ヘマトキシリン染色後の対比染色、タマネギ根のパラフィン切片におけるFlemmingの三重染色への使用について認証済みです。

オレンジGは通常、パパニコロー染色で特定された変異の臨床細胞学的検査における一般的なアプリケーションを含め、さまざまな生体サンプルのバックグラウンド染色又は細胞質染色の色素として用いられます。
