- ヒト表皮癌細胞（A-431）における2-クロロエチル硫化エチル（CEES）の持つ細胞傷害性にプテロスチルベンが及ぼす効果の研究：MTT (3-[4,5-ジメチルチアゾール-2-イル]-2,5 ジメチルテトラゾリウムブロミド）活性アッセイを使用。
Biochem/physiol Actions
プテロスチルベンは何種類かの悪性腫瘍で抗腫瘍効果を示すことから、抗癌剤として有効であると考えれています。この化合物はアポトーシスを促進して、エストロゲン受容体陽性および陰性乳癌細胞株の細胞生存率を抑制します。
抗酸化剤、抗増殖剤、アポトーシス誘発剤、抗高血糖剤、抗糖尿病剤。
