I would like to know ,what is the UN number of hematoxylin gills?

  The UN number for any product can be found Section 14 of the SDS. Product 105174 does not have an assigned UN number. The product is considered Not Dangerous Goods since the product is not considered hazardous within the framework international trade and transport.

Can the product be used for immunohistochemistry as a counterstain in a Biotin and DAB stain protocol without affecting the DAB stains?

  The Users Guide for product 1051740500 mentions the solution for use with a Hematoxylin and Eosin (H&E) stain procedure. Gill's 3 is a progressive hematoxylin, and slides do not typically need to be differentiated in an acidic solution to remove overstaining from the nucleus and cytoplasm. It is suggested to reduce the staining times for both Mayers Hematoxylin and Gill's formulations to achieve the desired staining.
