How is shipping temperature determined? And how is it related to the product storage temperature?

Products may be shipped at a different temperature than the recommended long-term storage temperature. If the product quality is sensitive to short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped on wet or dry-ice. If the product quality is NOT affected by short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped at ambient temperature. As shipping routes are configured for minimum transit times, shipping at ambient temperature helps control shipping costs for our customers. Did not work as a replacement for P1944 to isolate RNA
We used to use P1944, but it was back ordered. So we decided to give this product a try.
We performed RNA extractions from the same culture using either P1944 or 77619. P1944 gave intact ribosomal bands with high concentration, whereas 77619 gave low concentration of RNA with degraded RNA.
We reached out, received no technical support, but was offered a refund.
