ゲル点－水性アガロース溶液が冷却されてゲルを形成するときの温度。 アガロース溶液は、液体からゲルへの移行でヒステリシスを示しますーすなわち、ゲル点は融解温度とは異なります。
電気浸透（EEO）－液体がゲルを通過して移動すること。アガロースゲル中のアニオン基はマトリックスに付着しており移動できませんが、解離可能な対陽イオンはマトリックス中の陰極に移動でき、EEOを引き起こします。 生体ポリマーの電気泳動移動は通常陽極に向かいますが、EEOは内部滞留により分離を妨げることができます。

How is shipping temperature determined? And how is it related to the product storage temperature?

Products may be shipped at a different temperature than the recommended long-term storage temperature. If the product quality is sensitive to short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped on wet or dry-ice. If the product quality is NOT affected by short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped at ambient temperature. As shipping routes are configured for minimum transit times, shipping at ambient temperature helps control shipping costs for our customers.
