Description

General description

Safe for short-term storage of ice water, dry ice/solvent baths, and liquid nitrogen. Polyethylene-coated handles on 1, 2, and 4 L sizes only.

Application

Nalgene^® Dewars are suitable for short-term storage of ice water, dry ice/solvent baths, and liquid nitrogen. It can also be used as a hot bath.

Made with high-density polyethylene base and HDPE cover with polyethylene coated handle
Strong and shatterproof performance
Heat leakage is reduced due to double-walled sides and CFC-free foam urethane insulation.
Samples stay colder for longer
Can be used from −196°C to +100°C
Pour spout and bottom grip area helps in the removal of used liquids easily.
Vented and insulated cover allows outflow vapor by maintaining sample temperature
