General description

Mouse IgE ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) kit is an in vitro enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the quantitative measurement of a target protein in biological samples, such as serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, urine and cell and tissue lysates. Immunoglobulin E (IgE) is involved in the acute allergic reactions. It is also involved in the chronic inflammatory allergic diseases.[1]
The antibody pair provided in this kit recognizes Mouse IgE.

Application

Mouse IgE ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) Kit has been used in the quantification of immunoglobulin E (IgE) levels in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid.[2] It has also been used in the quantification of IgE levels in the sera of mice [3].
