Application

Biochem/physiol Actions
2′,3′-cGAMP (环化[G(2′,5′)pA(3′,5′)p]) 是STING（干扰素基因激活剂）途径的天然兴奋剂，被发现是抗病毒先天免疫途径。2′3′-cGAMP是在哺乳动物细胞中，由胞质DNA传感器（CGAMP合成酶）通过结合STING，启动干扰素应答，激活先天免疫途径，而产生的二级信使。 2′3′-cGAMP和人STING亲和性比和细菌 3′3′-环化二核苷酸（CDNs）要高得多，1Kd是4.59 nMSTING，相比之下，结合细菌3′3′-CDNs是>1 μM。
2′,3′-cGAMP是hSTING的天然兴奋剂；二级信使环化二核苷酸。
