Our new ReadyPlate™ 55 plates introduce easy membrane handling through high fill level, ready-to-use 55 mm agar plates. ReadyPlate™ 55 plates are also available in a variety of certified kits which combine the plates with matching membranes for seamless membrane filtration testing.

Easier agar plate handling

ReadyPlate™ 55 Agar PlatesOur ReadyPlate™ 55 agar plates are filled to the very top, so the positioning and removal of membranes to and from the agar plate is made easy, reducing the risk of handling mistakes and false positives.

These agar plates are stackable and come in a lockable format to improve safety during handling, transport and incubation. In the event of dropped plates, mold spores are not released to the environment reducing the risk of cross contamination.

Save space in your incubator and reduce waste

Often you have limited space, both for storage in the refrigerator and for incubation in your incubator. Being much smaller than standard 90 mm plates, our 55 mm ReadyPlate™ 55 agar plates free up space in the incubator and also reduce waste. They also give you more flexibility regarding their storage as many media types can be stored at room temperature, saving you the effort and energy of refrigeration.
