Il tetraidrofurano può essere utilizzato per la dissoluzione del poli-ε-caprolattone (PCL) e dell′1,3-diamminopentano durante la preparazione di scaffold[1] di poli-εcaprolattone (PCL)-idrossiapatite (HA) e del polimero poli(5-ammino-1-pentanolo-co-1,4-butaldiolodiacrilato)(C32) - 1,3-diamminopentano (117) acrilato terminale, rispettivamente.[2]

General description

Il tetraidrofurano (THF) viene ampiamente utilizzato come solvente. Costituisce il frammento chiave di vari prodotti naturali (antibiotici polietere).[3] Il THF forma un doppio idrato con l′acido solfidrico. La struttura cristallina di questo doppio idrato è stata studiata mediante studi tridimensionali su cristallo singolo[4] Il butan-1,4-diolo è un intermedio della sintesi di THF.[5] Il THF caldo è utilizzato per la dissoluzione del cloruro di polivinilidene (PVDV).[6]

    1. If this product has an expiration or retest date, it will be shown on the Certificate of Analysis (COA, CofA). If there is no retest or expiration date listed on the product's COA, we do not have suitable stability data to determine a shelf life. For these products, the only date on the COA will be the release date; a retest, expiration, or use-by-date will not be displayed.
