Yes, as mentioned in the product datasheet, the powder form should be stored at –20°C. Stock solutions may be prepared at 100 mg/mL in DMEM/F12 or other culture medium, and stored at –20°C in frozen aliquots. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. コラゲナーゼは、モル酵素あたり 4 グラム原子カルシウムによって活性化されます。 本製品は、エチレングリコール-ビス(β-アミノエチルエーテル) - N, N, N′,N′-四酢酸、β-メルカプトエタノール、グルタチオン、チオグリコール酸、および 8-ヒドロキシキノリンによって阻害されます。
コラゲナーゼは酵素1モル当たり4 gのカルシウム原子で活性化されます。コラゲナーゼはエチレングリコール-ビス（β-アミノエチルエーテル）-N,N,N′,N′-テトラ酢酸、β-メルカプトエタノール、グルタチオン、チオグリコール酸および8-ヒドロキシキノリンで阻害されます。コラゲナーゼ酵素および中性プロテアーゼは、組織からの細胞の有効な放出において重要な役割を果たします。コラゲナーゼは配列-R-Pro-8-X-Gly-Pro-R-（Xは中性アミノ酸を示します）を認識します。

1 コラーゲン消化単位（CDU）は、ウシアキレス腱由来コラーゲンからペプチドを遊離し、カルシウムイオン存在下、pH 7.4、37°C、5 時間のニンヒドリン呈色における、1.0 umol のロイシンに相当します。1 FALGPA 加水分解単位は、25°Cで、1 分間あたりに、1.0 umol の furylacryloyl-Leu-Gly-Pro-Ala を加水分解します。1 中性プロテアーゼ単位は、pH 7.5、37°Cでカゼインを加水分解し、5 時間あたり1.0 umol のチロシンに相当する色を生成します。1 クロストリパイン単位は、DTT の存在下、pH 7.6、25°Cで、1 分間あたり 1.0 umol の BAEE を加水分解します。
