Application
- Phosphate citrate buffer for use in enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.[1]
- Citrate-stabilized ceria aqueous sol, which was employed in the synthesis of cerium oxide nanoparticles.[2]
- Citric acid-Na2HPO4-buffered stock solution for use in the determination of fecal urease activity.[3]
- Anticoagulant citrate dextrose solution A (ACD-A), which is employed during the isolation of blood-derived endothelial progenitor cells.[4]
Citric acid has also been used:
- In a novel process which allows controlling of the particle size during the synthesis of palladium cuboctahedrons.[5]
- To prepare citric acid-derived carbon nanodots (CNDs) by bottom-up carbonization method.[6]
- As a bi-component chelating agent for the synthesis of Li4Ti5O12 (lithium titanate oxide) by a novel sol–gel method.[7]

How is shipping temperature determined? And how is it related to the product storage temperature?

Products may be shipped at a different temperature than the recommended long-term storage temperature. If the product quality is sensitive to short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped on wet or dry-ice. If the product quality is NOT affected by short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped at ambient temperature. As shipping routes are configured for minimum transit times, shipping at ambient temperature helps control shipping costs for our customers.
