Potassium buffer is not required. For assay purposes, this product is reconstituted in potassium phosphate buffer, pH 6.0, at 0.2 mg/ml, Solutions may also be prepared 40 mM Tris HCL, pH 7.5, containing 50 mM NaCl and 50% glycerol. This stock may be stored for extended periods at –20 °C. Other sources indicate that this enzyme may also be prepared in water containing 0.01% BSA and TBE buffer.
