General description

ダルベッコ′改変イーグル′培地（DMEM）は、基礎培地（BME）の改変版で、高濃度のアミノ酸、ビタミン、追加の栄養補助成分を含んでいます。マウス胎児細胞の培養用として最初に出された当初のDMEM調製物には、グルコース1,000 mg/Lが含まれました。グルコース4,500 mg/Lへの変更は、特定の細胞タイプの培養に最適です。この改変により、培地の安定性が向上することが示されています。 

Application

ダルベッコ′改変イーグル′培地 - 低グルコースは、以下の培養に使用されています：

  • ヒト骨肉腫細胞およびHeLa細胞[1]
  • 初代ヒト間葉系間質細胞（hBMSC）[2]
  • ヒト胎児腎細胞株[3]

Preparation Note

0.584 g/Lのグルタミンを添加してください。
