General description
Application
- for digestion of heparin sulfate during exosome isolation
- for digestion of heparin sulfate in notochordal cell conditioned media (NCCM) to investigate the content of glycosaminoglycans in NCCM
- as a component of digestion buffer during cell surface glycan processing
- as a component of heparin lyase (HSase) mix to remove the heparin sulfate on the 293ͰT/ACE2 cell surface and study the effect of histones on the infectivity of pseudovirus

Hi, in which solution should I dissolve this Heparinase II?
1 answer-
This product is soluble in most aqueous buffers. The suggested buffer for this material is 100 mM sodium acetate buffer containing 0.01% BSA, pH 7.0. A concentration of approximately 17-35 Units / mL is optimal. Please see the link below to review additional information available in the product datasheet:

I purchased this product and attempted to dissolve it, but I couldn't find the composition of the storage buffer. Could you please provide the buffer composition?
1 answer-
The specific formulation of this product is considered proprietary. However, this enzyme is lyophilized from a Phosphate Buffer solution containing Bovine Serum Albumin as a stabilizer.
