SuperFc Block - Recombinant Anti-Human IgG, Fc fragment is an animal-free recombinant blocking antibody optimized for use in an antibody-based immunoassay to remove disruptive antibodies in serum, such as human anti-mouse antibodies (HAMA) and rheumatoid factor (RF).
SuperFc Block inhibits heterophilic antibodies like HAMA or RF. By binding to these unwanted antibodies it efficiently reduces non-specific antibody interference from contributing to false positive and negative test results, that require superior consistency and performance.
