Anti-Respiratorisches Synzytial-Virus-Antikörper ist ein Antikörper gegen Respiratorisches Synzytial-Virus und wird in ELISA, IF und IH(P) verwendet.
Indirekte Immunfluoreszenz: 1:480.
Reaktiv bei in Paraffin eingebetteten Gewebeschnitten (siehe Matsuse et al 2000).

Optimale Arbeitsverdünnungen müssen vom Endbenutzer bestimmt werden.

Erkennt RSV, alle Antigene. Keine Reaktivität mit Parainfluenza 1-3, Influenza A und B oder Adenovirus durch IFA. Nicht reaktiv mit HEp-2-Zellen und WI-38-Zellen.

Aufgereinigtes Immunglobulin in PBS (0,01 mol/l, pH 7,2) mit 0,1 % Natriumazid.
