General description

Neutralisierungslösung für Blut wird gemeinsam mit Lyselösung für Blut (L3289) für die schnelle Extraktion und Neutralisierung von humaner genomischer DNA aus Vollblut, auf einer Blutkarte getrocknetem Vollblut und kultivierten Säugetierzellen eingesetzt.

Diese Lösung ist eine Komponente der Extract-N-Amp™ und REDExtract-N-Amp™ Blut-PCR-Kits
