Biochem/physiol Actions

Reacts with human cytochrome P450 enzyme CYP1A2 in hepatic microsomal fraction. No cross-reactivity with other cytochrome P450 enzymes. By Western blot the antibody recognizes a protein with a molecular weight of approximately 54 kDa.
