Description

Application

Dihydroethidium has been used as a superoxide probe in bovine pulmonary artery endothelial cell (BPAEC).[1] It has been used to check the in situ generation of ROS (reactive oxygen species).[2][3]

Redox indicator. Blue fluorescence until oxidized to ethidium.
