Biochem/physiol Actions

作用機序：真核生物における翻訳阻害により、細胞増殖の停止と細胞死を引き起こします。CHXは、酵母や真菌のCHX耐性株の選択、短命のタンパク質の検出およびタンパク質発現の超誘導のためのタンパク質合成の制御された阻害、およびアポトーシス誘導または細胞死受容体によるアポトーシス誘導の促進のために広く使用されています。

General description

シクロヘキシミドは、アクチジオンとしても知られるグルタルイミド抗生物質であり、一般にバクテリウム属ストレプトミセス・グリセウス由来です。翻訳の転座ステップを妨害することにより真核細胞のタンパク質生合成の強力な阻害剤として作用し、翻訳伸長を効果的にブロックします。微生物学においては、酵母および真菌の耐性菌株の選択剤として重要な役割を果たし、管理された実験環境にとって極めて有用であることが分かっています。

    1. If this product has an expiration or retest date, it will be shown on the Certificate of Analysis (COA, CofA). If there is no retest or expiration date listed on the product's COA, we do not have suitable stability data to determine a shelf life. For these products, the only date on the COA will be the release date; a retest, expiration, or use-by-date will not be displayed.
      For all products, we recommend handling per defined conditions as printed in our product literature and website product descriptions. We recommend that products should be routinely inspected by customers to ensure they perform as expected.
      For products without retest or expiration dates, our standard warranty of 1 year from the date of shipment is applicable.
