Application

チアベンダゾール（TBZ）は、ヒトの寄生虫感染症の治療に使用される薬効範囲が広い駆虫薬です。農業用殺菌剤および食品防腐剤[1]として使用されます。チアベンダゾールは、重金属キレート解毒剤として使用されています。糸状虫、皮膚幼虫ミグラン、内臓幼虫ミグラン、旋毛虫症[2]の治療に臨床的に使用されます。

Biochem/physiol Actions

チアベンダゾールは、ミトコンドリア虫特異的酵素のレベルで嫌気性呼吸を阻害します。C. jejuniとH. pyloriでキノールフマレート還元酵素（QFR）阻害剤として機能し、キノンへのキノールの酸化をブロックします。チアベンダゾールは卵と幼虫の生産を抑制し、糞便[2]中を通過する卵と幼虫のその後の発達を阻害する可能性があります。提起されたチアベンダゾールの生体内変換経路は、CYP1A2触媒による5-ヒドロキシチアベンダゾールへのヒドロキシル化であり、これはグルクロニドおよび硫酸共役[1]に代謝されます。

How can I determine the shelf life / expiration / retest date of this product?

  If this product has an expiration or retest date, it will be shown on the Certificate of Analysis (COA, CofA). If there is no retest or expiration date listed on the product's COA, we do not have suitable stability data to determine a shelf life. For these products, the only date on the COA will be the release date; a retest, expiration, or use-by-date will not be displayed.

How is shipping temperature determined? And how is it related to the product storage temperature?

  Products may be shipped at a different temperature than the recommended long-term storage temperature. If the product quality is sensitive to short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped on wet or dry-ice. If the product quality is NOT affected by short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped at ambient temperature.
